Moose on the Loose!
The following pictures are of a moose that went through
a car's windshield this month near South River, Ontario.
The VERY lucky woman driver ended up with just a
broken wrist and needing a good bath.
When you view the pictures you will wonder how the woman
managed to survive.

Who
is Chuck Sanderson? >>>
|
Chuck
Sanderson has been the Outdoors Columnist and a Freelance
Writer for the Texarkana Gazette since 2002. Published in
the sports section of the Gazette on Thursdays, he covers
all facets of hunting and brings that experience to the
air. He is a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation,
National Wild Turkey Federation, Ducks Unlimited, Arkansas
Waterfowl, Quality Deer Management Association and a life
member of the National Rifle Association. He also helps
most of these organizations at their local banquets
In any given year Chuck travels to West Texas and Oklahoma
as well as both sides of the state line in search of turkeys.
As fall approaches, you can find him in Colorado on his
annual elk hunt with his Dad and friends. As the fall
seasons open, Chuck can be found in a tree stand with
bow in hand waiting for the big buck to make his appearance.
Muzzleloader and Rifle seasons also give him an excuse
to make it outside. Then the duck season opens and more
mornings are spent quacking at ducks. Needless to say,
he must have married a pretty great woman.
Additionally, he was raised hunting pheasants with his
Grandpa in Nebraska, and duck and deer hunting in central
Oklahoma the years before his move to the Ark-La-Tex.
With such a wide interest and participation in the varied
hunting pursuits, Chuck aims to bring a variety of hunting
styles and practices to the show. Email
